Terms and Conditions

Pre-order System

• Our products are manufactured in batches when we reach a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 20 units, with a target of 50 units per batch
• The manufacturing cycle begins once MOQ is reached
• Delivery occurs approximately 30 days after batch manufacturing begins

Payment Options

• Full Starter Kit Payment: $45.99 + tax
• Board + Enclosure Only Payment: $35.99 + tax

Batch Fulfillment

• Pre-orders are queued until we reach the minimum batch size
• You will be notified via email when:
• Your pre-order is confirmed
• The batch MOQ is reached
• Manufacturing begins
• Your product is ready for delivery

Refund Policy

• Full refunds are provided if the minimum batch size is not reached within the specified timeframe
• Note: This is not a return policy. All sales are final once the product is delivered

Shipping

• Products are shipped once batch manufacturing completes
• Products will be shipped via USPS or UPS Ground
• You will be notified of tracking details once your product has shipped

Local Pickup

• Products must be picked up locally (near CU Boulder campus)
• You will be notified of pickup details when your product is ready

Order Communication

• You'll receive an email confirmation with your order number after placing your pre-order
• We'll send email updates when:
• The batch minimum is reached
• Manufacturing begins
• Your product has shipped or is ready for pickup
• Please save your order number for all communications
